The Future of the NHS book 2007

I very much hope that the summary of all the book chapters has sparked interest in the NHS debate and perhaps inspired people to read some chapters in more detail. I am always pleased to hear from anyone who has feedback or just wants to comment about the NHS, please feel free to post a comment or contact me directly on mail@drmichelletempest.com

I wish you all a very successful and happy 2007.

I must get hold of your book.

I have come across your Blog by accident through Dr Grumble's Blog. I left the NHS in November 2004 after 35 years in NHS management – you could say my section expired I guess :-)

Nowadays I am an independent consultant, author and trainer – you may wish to look at my Simplicity Blog at this link http://www.simplicityitk.blogspot.com/

I am pleased to see more NHS folks writing Blogs – more power to the people who know the truth is my mantra.

I will continue to rattle the cage.

Thanks for this Trevor. To get a copy of the book, then it can be bought on line via www.thefutureofthenhs.com
I certainly like the look of your simplicity blog and although the NHS is a complex system, going 'back to the basics' and building up from the simple building blocks has to be the answer - I shall have to get hold of a copy of your book.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I got your book for Christmas, and I have just finished it!

It is a superb book: full of insightful analysis, thoughtful commentary and clear explanations, which elucidate the key challenges the NHS faces in the next 60 years, and bringing together an impressive array of contributors! Very useful for someone like me who doesn't work in the NHS - well done!
