What is life?

There will never be a single answer to this question, but this is a touching quotation from Mother Theresa:

“Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is a beauty, admire it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is life, fight for it!”

Just found your blog at Heidi's and I like it. Your guidelines are perfect for me today, since I think I was in violation of a number of them yesterday.
I shall certainly come back and visit again. Please drop by mine if you've a mind to.
Cheers,
Ian

We should regard life as an adventure and challenge - there is no mention of blogging in Mother Theresa's words of wisdom.

Indeed Ellee, although perhaps she would have mentioned it if she had lived long enough to know about the blogosphere. At least that has not stopped her from being part of the blog posts. She remains a true inspiration.

Ian and Ceeque thanks for the visit and comment.

Kindest wishes
Michelle

Dr M - I am confused, where is the question to which there is no real answer?
I see inspiring words, and definitely something worth contemplating, but not really a question...

First time here but I'll be back. Thanks for the comments about Bond.
In this cynical world it is always a surprise to see a person with just their strength of character, make the world a better place.

"Never doubt that a small group of dedicated citizens can change the world; in fact it is the only thing that can"
Thank goodness for them. :o)
