I know good Doctor joke , tnat we are supposed to feel teribly sorry for these poeple suffering the dreadfulfate of moving for work and being unable to get " the perfect job". Didums ...that £300,000 is going to have to be on hold for some of you.

I was reading the other day that he Government are laughing down their sleeve knowing full well that what I was saying which is that there is no sympthy whatsoever for Doctors .

They seem to be doing an awful lot better than patients and as the tax payer pays for the lot including the training this sense of entitlement is somewhat misplaced.

Hi Michelle,
As the French-Canadian saying goes..."Qui ne vaut pas une risée ne vaut pas grand-chose." (If you're not worth a laugh you are not worth much.) It's good that we can laugh at ourselves. Makes us take ourselves a lot less seriously. :o)

Good old Tommy Cooper. He was a mess of a human being, but he could also be quite funny. I enjoyed the clip, Michelle.

Thanks Suzy.
Newmania - at the end of the day it's the patients who will suffer. It will be no joke. Thanks for the comment.
